Marinus Kuiper

Marinus Kuiper has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries, holding various management positions since 1987. Marinus began a career as Party Manager at Martinair Party Service, overseeing events for up to 5,000 guests, and later served as Food & Beverage Manager at Carlton Square Hotel and Pullman Hotel Capitool Amsterdam, focusing on service quality and organizational policies. Marinus further honed skills as District Manager at Burger King Corporation, managing multiple restaurants and aligning operations with business strategies. Notable roles also include Operations Manager for both KFC and Fresh Food Fast Company, and Franchise Consultant at KFC Nederland. Currently, Marinus is the Manager Franchise Performance at Subway and the Owner of Franchise Operations Consultancy. Marinus holds a degree in management from Hotelschool Zwolle.
