Max Alejandro Montero

Max Alejandro Montero has extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise industry, currently serving as a Multi Unit Franchisee and Subway District Manager/Franchisee since July 2009. Prior roles include Manager at Chili's from November 2016 to February 2018, Franchise Owner of Acai Express from November 2015 to December 2016, and Assistant Manager at Budatai Restaurant from August 2005 to August 2009. Early career positions include Trainer/Waiter at Palm Steakhouse and Killer Creek Restaurant, as well as General Manager at Taste of Mexico. Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-cupey, completed between 2005 and 2008, and furthered education at Georgia State University from 1990 to 1993.
