Mike Douglas

Mike Douglas has over a decade of experience in IT operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Enterprise Operations Center and Observability Engineering at Subway since November 2010. In this role, Mike provides Level 1 and 2 support for Subway's cloud, server, network, database, and observability infrastructure, while also managing the Observability Engineering team. Previously, Mike held the position of Manager for the Systems Operations and Monitoring team at Subway, overseeing proactive monitoring solutions and incident response for critical production systems. Mike's career in IT began with roles as a Systems Administrator and Network Technician, following an internship with the Meriden Board of Education. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Networking Technology from Central Connecticut State University.
