Peter White

Peter White has extensive experience in operations and leadership within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of National Operations at Subway since August 2022, Peter previously held the position of Executive Vice President for National Accounts at Scandinavian Building Services for a brief period. Prior to that, Peter spent over 30 years at Dairy Queen Canada Inc., culminating in the role of Executive Vice President for the Canada Business Unit, where responsibilities included overseeing a team managing over 680 franchise locations and handling operations, marketing, and supply chain functions. Previous positions at Dairy Queen also encompassed Vice President of Operations for the Canada Division, Regional Director of Operations for Eastern Canada, and Franchise Development Manager, focusing on franchise growth and site selection. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Saint Mary's University.
