Richard Deming, MBA, is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience at Subway, serving as Lead Software Engineer since May 2014. In this role, Richard has played a pivotal role in the continued development and support of SubwayPOS, facilitating its deployment across 35,000 restaurants worldwide while collaborating closely with Product Owners to document requirements and mentor team members.
