Damonte Johnson is currently a LEAP Associate at Subzero Engineering, where they focus on enhancing operational excellence across various supply chain areas. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Cybersecurity from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in 2023. Damonte has previously held roles such as Business Development Intern at NC State Ports Authority and General Merchandise Team Member at Target, where they developed a strong foundation in driving efficiency and teamwork.
