Glenn Eagleson

Glenn Eagleson is an experienced professional specializing in workforce systems planning, organizational strategic planning, and initiatives for opportunity youth. With over thirty years in system-level roles, they have co-developed national curricula and spearheaded education and workforce networks aimed at creating sustainable opportunities for youth. Most recently, as Chief Program Officer at Success Centers, they focus on strategic planning and policy management. Previously, in their role as a Policy & Planning Manager, Glenn led an extensive planning process for a $26 million workforce services proposal, demonstrating their strategic planning capabilities and commitment to equitable economic advancement. Glenn holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont and has completed a Social Work degree at San Francisco State University.
