Ryan Lee is an experienced professional in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Field Services Supervisor and previously as a Field Services Technician at SUCCESS Computer Consulting since April 2022. Responsibilities include supporting Field Team Members and managing customer onboarding and offboarding processes for managed services. Previous roles include L2 CCTV Technical Support Analyst and Service Desk Technician at Bailiwick, where Ryan managed technical support and client communications, as well as IT Support Administrator at GarbageMan A Green Company. Ryan has also contributed to the music industry as a Studio/Live Bass Player for 3 Pill Morning, an Active/Alternative Rock Band, since February 2013. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Capella University, Ryan combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills developed through various team lead positions and direct customer interactions across multiple organizations.
