Mike Shin

Mike Shin serves as the Head of Operations & Finance at Succinct since September 2025. Prior to this position, Mike held the role of VP of Business Operations & Finance at thirdweb from January 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included empowering internal and external stakeholders across various business functions and leading corporate development efforts. As Co-Founder and COO of TruePlan.io from May 2020 to September 2022, Mike contributed to the development of a collaborative headcount management platform for agile organizations. Earlier career experiences include Senior Manager of Business Operations at Flexport, Co-Founder at Outing, M&A Professional at PwC, Global Business Services Consultant at IBM, and involvement in Wealth Management at UBS. Mike holds educational qualifications from Carnegie Mellon University and Groton School.
