Florian Picard is currently the Director of Operations for Carrières du Nord at Eiffage Route, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, they held the position of Plant Manager at SUEZ, where they led a team in waste management and renewable energy production. Florian's extensive background in management, safety, and process engineering is complemented by their experience as a non-commissioned officer in the French Army, where they developed leadership skills and technical knowledge. They are actively pursuing education in electrotechnics and have qualifications in industrial engineering and maintenance.
