Previously, Olivier held various leadership roles at SUEZ France and other organizations, where they oversaw critical processes, budget management, and project execution, enhancing the efficiency of water services. They hold an engineering degree in Water Treatment and Environmental Issues from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Poitiers.
