Rod MacKinnon

Rod MacKinnon is the General Counsel for SUEZ Australia & New Zealand, and the Director of ACUPLEX Advisory, where they provide counsel on complex infrastructure projects and commercial transactions. With over two decades in legal and executive roles, Rod previously served as a partner at Ashurst and Norton Rose Fulbright, and held key management positions in major infrastructure companies, including role as Director for Sydney Motorway Corporation. Additionally, Rod engages with Infrastructure NSW as an Independent Expert for Gateway Reviews, contributing their extensive expertise to public infrastructure projects across Australia. Rod holds various academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, alongside other leadership and governance credentials.
