Sameera Rathnayake

Sameera Rathnayake is a Senior Mechanical Erection Advisor for the 36MLD Desalination Plant on the AMAALA project, bringing extensive experience as a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer. They have worked with SUEZ from 2019 to 2024, successfully managing various projects, including the Kelani Right Bank Water Supply Project and the Jaffna Kilinochchi Water Supply & Sanitation Project. Sameera previously held the position of Project Engineer at Dilum BMK Engineering, overseeing the completion of significant pumping stations in Colombo. They earned a BSc in Engineering specializing in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ruhuna, where they were actively involved in the Undergraduate Student Government.
