Stephane Alaphilippe

Stephane Alaphilippe is an accomplished legal professional with extensive expertise in compliance, governance, and anti-corruption measures. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance & Ethics at SUEZ since September 2023, Stephane previously held significant roles at Total from August 2011 to September 2023, including Vice President of the Anti-Corruption & Anti-Fraud Division and Vice President of Compliance, Governance & Digital within the Marketing & Services division. Prior to Total, experience includes senior legal counsel focusing on M&A, corporate law, and restructuring at Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats and Eversheds, as well as legal practice in commercial and criminal disputes. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in General Counsel from Sciences Po and multiple law degrees from prestigious institutions in Paris.
