Stephen Cummings is a continuous learner with 38 years of experience in industrial water treatment, focusing on field sales, service, sales management, and equipment sales. They worked at GE Water & Process Technologies from 1990 to 2010, eventually becoming the Equipment Group Manager and later served as Program Manager in Learning & Development. Since 2017, Stephen has been the Senior Commercial Training Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where they apply their expertise in Lean Six Sigma to design impactful training programs. Stephen is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Technology/Economic Aspects from the University of York. Currently retired, they enjoy reflecting on their extensive career and contributions to the industry.
