Paul Howarth

Paul Howarth has extensive work experience in the library sector. Paul started working at Suffolk County Council in 2009 as a Libraries Area Manager and held this role until 2012. Afterward, they joined Suffolk Libraries, initially as the Head of Content & Resource Development from 2012 to 2022. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Audiences and Content, where they currently work.

Paul Howarth attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
