Antonio Senese

Antonio Senese has been working in the e-commerce and customer service industries since 2014. Theircurrent role is as a Socio e Consulente with Mentorify Italia - Shopify Partner, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they were an e-Commerce Manager with Shineful Co., Ltd. from 2014-2018. Antonio then took on two roles as an Account Manager, first with Refersion from 2018-2018 and then with Sufio from 2018-2017. In 2017, they also worked as an Account Manager with Zendesk, where they were immersed in customer service and gained experience in the use of one of the most advanced customer care platforms. During this role, they created and optimized the management of 'Vistas' and 'Triggers', as well as utilized the 'Macro' option for increased speed.

Antonio Senese has been pursuing education since 2019. Antonio has studied Copywriting, Google Ads, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Theirfield of study for Copywriting was Studio dell'Arte della Scrittura Persuasiva, for Google Ads it was Search Network Campaign, and for SEO it was SEO - L'Arte dell'Ottimizzazione per Motori di ricerca. In addition, Antonio has obtained a Google Search Network certification from Google in March 2020.
