Sugar Maple Capital is a private investment firm that seeks to acquire a manufacturing, distribution or industrial / business services company in the Greater Toronto Area.  Our focus is on companies generating $5-$30 million of revenue and $2-5 million of EBITDA.
 
Sugar Maple Capital’s principals have the background and experience needed to provide a clear exit strategy for a business owner and to build on the legacy of the business into the next stage of growth.  We intend to directly invest in, and actively manage the business.
