Caley Powell has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as an Administrative Assistant at MEDamorphis, LLC in 2012. After that, they worked as a Sales Associate & Book Department Lead at 2nd & Charles from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Caley joined Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor and also started working at Sugarwish, where they held multiple roles including Digital Product Designer from 2015 to 2016, National Account Manager from 2016 to 2020, Customer Experience Manager from 2020 to 2021, and Associate Product Manager, Digital from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Caley is working at Sugarwish as a Product Manager-Platform. They also briefly worked at Nordstrom as a Women's Department Sales Associate in 2016.

Caley Powell began their education at Grandview High School, where they completed their high school studies between 2010 and 2014. After that, they enrolled at Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2014 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, which is still in progress as of 2018.
