They previously served as the Head of Division Abrasive at SUHNER Group from 2019 to 2022 and as Group COO at Avalon Industries from 2013 to 2019. Thomas also held the role of CEO at KESO AG from 2010 to 2013 and progressed through various positions at ABB from 1997 to 1999. They earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften between 1988 and 1995.
