Suicide Bereavement UK (SBUK) conducts suicide bereavement research, provides consultancy on postvention (i.e. care of those bereaved or affected by suicide), develops and delivers evidence-based suicide bereavement training and hosts an international hybrid annual conference. Examples of our work include
•	PABBS evidence-based, CPD suicide bereavement training, first of its kind internationally
•	 Emergency services Responding to Suicide (RTS) training, first of its kind internationally
•	Dr Sharon McDonnell (Founder & Managing Director of Suicide Bereavement UK) led the national suicide bereavement survey, first of its kind and largest suicide bereavement survey internationally
•	Developed ‘At Your Side’ suicide bereavement guides for the Armed Forces community, first of its kind internationally
•	Suicide Bereavement UK host the largest international annual hybrid suicide bereavement conference in Manchester, UK. Over 600 delegates from 16 countries attend this annual event.
Suicide Bereavement UK’s team have considerable experience working in this field. We have a unique skill set enabling our organisation to be considered leaders in this newly developing field internationally.  Our work has a track record of influencing policy and practice.
