Gerard O'Callaghan

Gerard O'Callaghan is the Head of IT at Suir Engineering since 2025. They previously held the position of Head of IT at Doyle Shipping Group in 2021-2022 and served as Group IT Manager. Before that, they were the Head of IT & Strategy at Soft-ex, a WidePoint Company from 2023 to 2025, and held roles including IT Operations Manager. Gerard's earlier experience includes being a Business Support Analyst at USIT from 2003 to 2006 and an IT Trainer at Island Computers and Training from 2002 to 2003. They earned a BSc (Hons) in IT Management from Technological University Dublin in 2016, as well as a National Certificate and a National Diploma in Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology.
