As the Head and Co-Founder of Career Readiness at SkillSurvey, Randy led the company until its acquisition by iCIMS in October 2022. Additionally, Randy was an early team member at Handshake - Stryder Corp. and founded InterviewStream, where contributions included serving as Chief Innovation Officer and later as CEO until the company's acquisition in December 2012.
