Suite Dreams Consultants, led by Dr. Cassandra G. Hill, DBA(c), CHA, CFE, and Nicholas Hill, provides hospitality and strategy consulting, franchise advisory services, and keynote speaking, rooted in over four decades of operations leadership and twelve years directing a national association representing thousands of member businesses across the country. Areas of expertise include organizational strategy, franchise relations, stakeholder advocacy, generational conflict, and leadership development across hospitality, healthcare, education, and corporate industries.

Signature offerings include the HEARD Framework, a proprietary model for franchisor and franchisee accountability, and the Generational Table Framework, a model that brings every generation to the table, so leaders can move their teams from conflict to collaboration with clarity and purpose. These frameworks anchor keynote presentations on generational leadership, workplace resilience, and the bridge between brand, operator, and teams in all industries.

Suite Dreams helps you to face and fix the unspoken "elephants" that are keeping your organization from reaching the highest levels of alignment with your team, customers, vendors, shareholders, and yourself. At the heart of this work is the Elephant Audit, the first step of the Face It to Fix It Framework, because no organization can fix what it has not named. Name it, face it, fix it. This process gives leaders, teams, and boards a clear, honest path toward the alignment they are seeking, whether the goal is stronger franchise relationships, healthier generational dynamics, or a more unified workplace culture. Suite Dreams walks alongside you through every step of this journey, from naming the elephant in the room to building a unique strategy that moves your organization forward with clarity and confidence.
