Alpesh K. has over 8 years of work experience in software engineering. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Suki. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Smart Eye (2021), Affectiva (2020), and Heidenhain Corporation (2016). In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at UMass Boston, where they implemented Nagios to monitor and detect unusual activity over entire IT-RC infrastructure, developed an automated Python & BASH script to retrieve usage information from the UMASS GHPCC cluster, and implemented SLURM prototype to manage submitted jobs on multiple nodes. In 2013, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, India, where they developed a Web and Android application named Event Registration system, which helped students and faculty members to register for the upcoming events with ease.

Alpesh K. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai between 2010 and 2014. Alpesh then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at UMass Boston, which they completed in 2016. In 2017, Alpesh obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera and, prior to that, they obtained a Step up to Professional Excellence certification from Dale Carnegie Training India in 2013.
