Joe Chang is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and engineering leadership. Currently serving as CTO at Suki, Joe Chang drives innovative AI solutions for the healthcare sector. Previously, as CTO at Primer.ai, Joe Chang contributed to developing mission-ready AI for security and democracy. While at Uber, Joe Chang held the position of VP of Engineering for Uber Freight, where significant growth was achieved in creating a leading digital platform for logistics with over $6 billion in annual revenue. Joe Chang's earlier role at Google as Head of Customer Solutions Engineering involved managing a team focused on enhancing advertising customer performance through advanced technology. Joe Chang co-founded Marin Software and established its initial architecture as CTO, leading the development of analytical SaaS applications. Joe Chang earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and attended Stuyvesant High School.
