Guido's career began at GE Appliances, where they held various roles such as Finance Manager for distribution, range, finished goods sourcing, and payables. Michael also worked as a Process Improvement Engineer and participated in the Manufacturing Management Program.

Michael Guido completed their education with an MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in 2000, specializing in Business.
