Heather Jacksy

Heather Jacksy has work experience as an Associate Planner in the Sullivan County Division of Planning and Environmental Management. Heather also worked as the Chief Planner in Sullivan County NY Government starting in 2022. In addition, Heather had a role as Hudson Valley West in the American Planning Association from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they served as a Program Manager, NVIP in the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development from 1999 to 2005.

Heather Jacksy holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
