Douglas Stransky

Douglas Stransky is an International Tax Partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where they lead the International Tax Practice Group in Boston. With extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients on international tax planning, Stransky has previously served as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and as a Manager at Arthur Andersen. They hold a B.A. cum laude from Harvard University, a J.D. cum laude, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, and have been recognized in multiple legal directories. Stransky also teaches "Inbound International Taxation" in the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law.
