Roy C. Andersen

Roy C. Andersen is currently Of Counsel at Sullivan & Worcester LLP and a Partner at Connell and Andersen LLP, specializing in the representation of financial institutions with a focus on regulatory and governmental relations. Previously, they served as the Head of Regulatory, Legal Compliance, and Operational Risk at the Bank of Ireland US Branch and as General Counsel for Fortis Bank, managing legal teams and regulatory relations. Roy's extensive legal career began at Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance), where they worked as an Associate and Partner from 1980 to 1997. They are pursuing a JD at Boston College Law School and hold a BA in History from Boston College.
