Nicole Ferry

Nicole Ferry is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Sullivan, where Nicole sets business objectives and priorities for the organization. Nicole has extensive experience in strategy and leadership roles, including Partner and Executive Director at Sullivan, where Nicole managed revenue and led growth initiatives. Additionally, Nicole has experience in marketing and account management roles at companies such as Siegel+Gale, BBDO, and Grey Advertising. Nicole is also a member of Chief, a private network designed to empower senior women leaders. Nicole graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. as an Echols Scholar in English.
