With expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology, we specialise in a range of advanced in-house capabilities, including conventional & cnc machining, cylindrical & surface grinding, honing. With over 50 machine tools on site, including fully automated and robotic loading solutions, the machine shop is capable of increasing its monthly capacity by in excess of 3500 hrs, without the need to employ further personnel.
The machine shop is enhanced by our in-house fabrication services - including expert codified MIG & TIG welding, IAW ISO 3834, laser cutting and profiling, (up to max thickness of 70mm), folding, and forming (including tube). 
We ensure flawless execution at every step. Our comprehensive services extend to both electro-mechanical assembly and kitting, and tailored to industry sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Energy, Medical, Scientific, Food & Packaging, Digital Print equipment & Audio.
