Jeff S.

Jeff S. is a Senior Test Manager at Sumaria Systems, LLC, overseeing test interface support for the Medium Altitude UAS Program Office (MQ-9 Reaper). Previously, Jeff completed the General Atomics Aeronautical Systems DoD SkillBridge Program, gaining program management experience in the Foreign Military Sales Program. As a retired USAF Colonel with over 24 years of aviation and leadership experience, Jeff led the California Air National Guard's 163d Operations Group, managing a 350-member organization while executing significant MQ-9 operations globally. Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and has been instrumental in enhancing the MQ-9 enterprise, including leading its first flying operations in the Philippines.
