Quentin Tambone

Quentin Tambone is a Junior Product Manager at Lydia Solutions, leading the development of Self-Service Help products within the Customer Service division. Notable achievements include the creation of Lydia’s first AI-powered feature, which garnered over 10,000 user interactions in 12 months and achieved a 70% customer satisfaction rating.
