Angela Dean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in responsible sourcing and sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Director at Sumerra since September 2022, Angela has held leadership roles at ARCHE Advisors as Director of Ethical Sourcing and consulted independently on responsible sourcing and sustainability initiatives. Notable contributions include developing strategic partnerships aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, teaching at Portland State University, and leading initiatives for responsible sourcing through AIM Progress and APSCA. Angela co-founded 3shifts, a collective of consultants focused on sustainable supply chain solutions, and has directed global business development for Partner Africa, enhancing ethical trade practices in the region. With a Master's in International Economics and Development and a CSR Practitioner certification, Angela has significantly advanced the field of ethical trade through a variety of impactful roles.
