Or Baran has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Or most recently worked as a Business Operations Team Lead at Sumit-AI, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Unruly from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Customer Service Manager at Zerto. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Or was a Quality Assurance Engineer at Elbit Systems from 2016 to 2018. Or began their career in the Israeli Air Force, where they held the position of Senior Operations Officer (Major) from 2008 to 2015.

Or Baran completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at Reichman University from 2017 to 2020. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Reichman University from 2020 to 2021.
