Leonardo Roman

Leonardo Roman has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within manufacturing and service industries, demonstrating expertise in electronic, metalworking, textile, cardboard corrugation, medical, and logistics processes. They served as HR Supervisor at NxStage Medical, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, and held the role of Territorial HR Manager at MultiPack from 2005 to 2012. Currently, they are the HR General Supervisor at Sumitronics and pursuing a degree in Industrial Relations at Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana. Additionally, they briefly worked as Head of HR at Sultana Packaging S.A. de C.V. in 2019 and as HR Supervisor at Optica Sola De Mexico from 2000 to 2005.
