Mark Sims

Mark Sims currently serves as Managing Principal at Morningside Group and as an Advisory Board Member for Rosy Soil. With extensive experience in the healthcare and corporate sectors, Mark holds multiple positions including Board Member at SummaCare and Audit & Compliance Committee Member at Summa Health, both organizations integral to healthcare delivery in Northeast Ohio. Previously, Mark led RIV Capital as President and CEO and held key executive roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Mark's educational background includes a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MSIE from Cleveland State University, and an Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School.
