Michelle Desantis

Michelle DeSantis, CPA, currently serves as the Director Health Plan Controller at SummaCare since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at AvMed, first as Corporate Controller and then as Senior Manager of Accounting, from August 2020 to August 2022. Previous experiences include serving as Controller at FOH, Inc. from February 2018 to July 2020, and Controller/Director of Financial Reporting & Revenue Cycle Management at Haven Hospice from June 2015 to November 2017. Additional roles include Financial Director at Carbonxt, Accounting Manager at Haven Hospice, and Accounting Manager at Martin Professional, among others. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Barry University and a Master's degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
