Uzay Çetin

Uzay Çetin has worked as an Assistant Professor at Galatasaray Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölümü since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at Summarify from October 2019. From October 2018, they also worked as an AI Consultant at KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu. Uzay Çetin was an Event Organizer at Karmaşık Sistemler ve Veri Bilimi Topluluğu and an AI Education Coordinator at Sarıyer Akademi, both from October 2017. Uzay served as an Assistant Prof at İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi from October 2017 to April 2021. Uzay Çetin's earlier work experience includes being a Researcher at Bogazici University from May 2015 to February 2017.

Uzay Çetin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Galatasaray Üniversitesi, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Artificial Intelligence from Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they achieved their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 2010 to 2017.
