Frank Flitton

Frank Flitton is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various technical leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Software Engineer at Summation since February 2025, Frank focuses on building AI for corporate finance. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Union.ai, where Frank spearheaded AI/ML tools that significantly drove user growth and reduced customer issues, and Senior UX Engineer at Google, leading a team in redesigning a secure hosting platform. Frank has also held roles at Boosted.ai, TD, Bungalow, Sandvine, University of Waterloo, and the Centre for International Governance Innovation, showcasing a diverse skill set in software development, UX design, and team leadership.
