Ritu Tandon

Ritu Tandon is the current Chief of Staff at Summer. Ritu has also held the positions of Head of Marketing at Syllable, Director, Head of Marketing at Verana Health, Associate Director, Head of Marketing at DigiSight Technologies, and Director, 49ers STEM Leadership Institute at Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF). Additionally, they have interned with BloomBoard, Inc. as a Business Development Intern and was a New Sector Alliance Summer Americorps Fellow with BPE (Boston).

Tandon’s work history is impressive and varied. Ritu has experience in marketing, business development, and nonprofit management. This experience has given their a well-rounded skillset that they can utilize in their current role as Chief of Staff at Summer.

Ritu Tandon has a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from Stanford University in the field of Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies. Ritu also has a Bachelor of Science (SB) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Biology with minors in Spanish and Applied International Studies. Ritu Tandon attended Nanuet Senior High School.

They are on a team with Angelica Kolic - Head, Partner Success, Vincent Tran - Co-Founder & CPO, and Paul Joo - Co-Founder & COO. Ritu Tandon reports to Will Sealy, Co-Founder & CEO.
