Amber Deckard

Amber Deckard currently serves as the National Director of Talent Acquisition at Phalen Leadership Academies since October 2018, while also holding the position of President at Summer Advantage USA since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Amber Deckard was with March of Dimes, holding various leadership positions including Regional Vice President of Field Operations, Associate Vice President of Field Operations, and State Director from January 2014 to May 2018. Additionally, Amber Deckard served as Regional Director at Summer Advantage USA from 2010 to 2014 and had a long tenure at the Muscular Dystrophy Association as Regional Director from 1997 to 2010.
