Summertown Occupational Therapy is a mobile, sole practitioner service led by Eliza - an experienced occupational therapist supporting both paediatric and adult clients under the NDIS. Based in the Adelaide Hills and eastern suburbs, I provide client-centred care in the places that matter most: at home, at school, and in the community.
My focus is on helping people with physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities build independence in everyday life. Whether through functional capacity assessments, ongoing therapy, or equipment prescription, I work collaboratively to achieve meaningful outcomes.
