Heather Edwards is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in various settings. Since February 2019, Heather has worked at Summit Educational Service Center and simultaneously serves as an as-needed treatment provider at PRN in skilled nursing facilities. Prior experience includes a role at Bellefaire JCB from August 2018 to February 2019, and an AAC Fellow/Graduate Assistant position at The University of Akron from August 2016 to May 2018. Early career experiences include positions as a Resident Advisor and Office Assistant at The Ohio State University from May 2013 to May 2016. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University.

The Summit Educational Service Center is dedicated to providing administrative, curricular, instructional, instructional technology, pupil personnel, and professional development services to the schools both in and out of Summit County and assisting them in reaching their educational objectives. These services are primarily designed to assist boards of education, administrators, teachers, and other staff members so that they may provide engaging work to students and services that help students learn.
