Matthew Brim is currently the Medical Director of the Emergency and Critical Care Department at Summit Veterinary Referral Center. Prior to this position, Matthew worked as an Emergency Veterinarian at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. Matthew gained experience through various veterinary student externships in different specialties and locations. Additionally, Matthew has worked as a veterinary intern at the Cheetah Conservation Fund and as an animal care attendant at Oakland Animal Services. Matthew's education background includes a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees from UC Berkeley in Integrative Biology, Anthropology, and Psychology.
