Ashlee Simmons

Ashlee Simmons, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of the Program Management Office at Summit 7, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of program managers, overseeing PMO resource training, and ensuring effective resource capacity management. With a career that began as a Project Coordinator and advanced through roles such as Senior Project Manager, Ashlee has extensive experience in managing multimillion-dollar programs and developing PMO processes for cross-functional needs. Prior roles include Graduate Assistant at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where Ashlee provided support to the athletic department while pursuing a master's degree, and positions in ticket sales and event management at Northwestern State University and Apollo Convention Center. Ashlee holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
