Steven Hockaday

Steven Hockaday is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) at Summit 7 since October 2021. Prior to this role, Steven held positions at Arkansas Colleges of Health Education, first as an Information Technology Security Administrator and then as a Support Manager. Steven also gained extensive experience at the City of Fort Smith over a span of nearly 13 years, where responsibilities included managing help desk support staff and serving as the escalation manager for public safety support services. Earlier in his career, Steven worked as a Communications Administrator and IT Operations Manager at the City of Fort Smith, as well as a Police Officer. Steven holds a degree from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, earned between 1996 and 2001.
