Haley Behm

Haley Behm is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and creative design. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing & Data Analytics at Summit Area YMCA since September 2025, Haley has previously held significant roles, including Director of Marketing & Communications at Westport Weston Family YMCA and various positions at Summit Area YMCA, including Director of Marketing & Digital Operations. A freelance consultant since July 2004, Haley has a diverse skill set encompassing marketing strategy, social media, graphic and web design, eCommerce, and analytics. Previous positions include Digital Marketing Specialist at Niche Digital Media Co., IT Support Analyst at Tiffany & Co., and Operations Manager at Parm Centro. Haley holds an AFA in Graphic Design & Interactive Media from Raritan Valley Community College and has further studies at the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
