Peter Hackler has extensive experience in operational and worship management within church environments, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Facilities Manager at Summit Church since August 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and safety of three facilities across two counties, managing a multi-million dollar budget, and coordinating major projects with contractors. In addition, Peter has held roles as Worship Manager, where leadership of a 50+ member team for worship services occurred, and as Student Ministries Coordinator, focusing on student engagement and mentorship. Previous experience includes serving as Shift Lead and Catering Associate at Moe's Southwest Grill and as Contemporary Worship Leader at Sanlando United Methodist Church. Peter holds an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College.
